After getting hacked, can't login to Meta anymore and endlessly stuck in 2FA loop.

Hi,

Recently my account got hacked, I think they setup 2 factor authentication and I'm not able to sign in to my account anymore.

On the screen for filling in the 2FA code, I selected the other option for sending in ID card. Which was confirmed and I got an email with a code for logging in, which it says is a password, not a 2FA code.

If i click on the link, it still asks for 2FA.

Logging in with the code as password also does not bypass two factor authentication. Please help me out, as I'm unable to play my games right now.

The issue has just been resolved after I insisted that I have an open case that was closed for no good reason. I got a backup code which I was able to use to bypass the 2 factor authentication. I have now setup 2fa on all accounts and am secure again.

Unfortunately it has not been resolved yet, I have sent you another message as the accounts team is not contacting me. Only with the same automated message that gets me stuck on 2fa

Problem is still not resolved. I was asked to provide my national ID card and I would get my backup codes. I did provide my ID card and never got a response. 

After that I was emailed by another person from support who says they can't find the case where I gave my ID card. This is very worrying, as I have no indication of who has my ID card and what is being done with it.

I need a resolution to this, please coordinate with the people in support to get this resolved. By now I have sent my personal information and ID card more than 3 times to different people.
