After it said "Metalink software update" nothing worked.

I'm having trouble because the download won't start and VRCHAT won't upload.

To ensure that your headset gets a fresh start, we recommend hard-rebooting your headset, as this usually helps with software issues. To do this, please try holding down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound.
