Yes, it is fully charged. So I boot the device, then I see the Oculus logo then a black screen, then beep and power save mode. Sometimes, moving the unit around makes it come back on so I think it might be something internal. This was a unit that I had for about a year, sitting in a closet unopened until recently. I have done a full factory reset on it and still happens. After my factory reset, I was going through the initial "welcome to Oculus" stuff and I tilted the headset up to find my phone for pairing and it went back to the black screen, then power save mode.
