Hey there, I have been experiencing the following issue for almost a year now, and I was never able to get any help with it. Every time I attempt to turn on my Oculus (Q2), I am alerted with a message saying "You may not be old enough for a Meta Account". It gives me the option to click "Generate a new device code", but even after I press that, it gives me a message saying "An error occurred, please try again." leaving me with no choice but to power down my Oculus.
First of all, I am not underaged according to the guidelines (I will not give out my age unless asked to do so).
Second of all, is my VR broken?
Please help me out here!

Most likely they've deleted your account while you were away. Be prepared to wait weeks for support to tell you that, and maybe if you are lucky they'll let you create a new account with a new email and get your device up and running (but without any of your purchases.)
Or you could bite the bullet and try it yourself with a factory reset (last resort.)
The forum support folks aren't the actual Meta support team, so any messages you send to that account will just get forwarded on.
Know that you aren't alone in this mess.
