I clicked 'use a payment method' and entered my credit card information, but I received a message saying the payment failed. I tried two more times, and each time I got the same failure message. However, five minutes later, I received three deduction records from the bank. Despite being charged three times, I still did not pass the verification. What should I do? Will these three charges be refunded to me?
