My son has a VR headset and it was not under parental control. He changed his birthday the other day when prompted and it now falls within the 10-12 range (he is 12). I tried to create a parent account for him since his headset told him he had to use a special code. I have continuously ran into problems trying to link an account to his, and it always changes his email to the parent email rather than the child. When I finally was able to create another email, I try to log in and it says “something went wrong.” This is incredibly frustrating that I have spent so much time just trying to create an account . He is unable to use his VR at this time and I am at a loss for what to do. Hoping a support tech can help via a PM.
