Age verification for 13 year old child

My child is 13 years old. It is asking him to verify his age with a photo ID. He doesn't have a photo ID at 13 years old. I've already seen posts about this topic and in the posts it days to click on the link and send a direct message. There is no button for direct message. Any help would be appreciated. We've wiped his oculus and I paired it to my account for the time being.

My issue has been resolved. I was able to get his school to add his DOB to his school ID and that was accepted for verification.
