For the past several days I have been trying to connect my Quest 3S to my PC through both methods of Air Link and Pairing in the Steam Apps, However, whenever I try to do this there seems to be some issue with the network. When going through the Air Link I am unable to detect the PC and connect. Both the Quest and the PC share the exact same network and have the same configurations. But when I try to connect from the PC to the Quest in Steam it comes with a different error about the Network. I am able to connect to the Quest for a moment, but it then does not support the VR aspects. The error provided is "streaming vr is only supported on the local network fix" Again, both of these devices are on the same network, but cannot connect because it is not a "local" network. I have gone through and Uninstalled both the Air Link and all other related software to try and fix the issue as well as factory resetting the Quest to no avail.
When you say both devices are on the same network, do you mean you only have one wifi router in your house and everything connects to it, either via wifi or ethernet? I ask because if you have added a second router, dedicated to your headset, and left it configured as a router rather than an access point, you technically have two networks.
