Air Link doesn't work anymore

My Air Link stopped working a few days ago. When I click on Air Link my PC is in the list but when I press Launch nothing happens. Also when I click on Devices in the Oculus App and try to add my Quest, nothing happens either. I have reinstalled the Oculus app on my PC several times, restarted my router and reset the Oculus to factory settings. But it still doesn't work.

I would appreciate any help.

I have the same issue i reinstalled the oculus pc software and factory reset my headset. Now it seems i can't even connect the headset to the oculus pc app. I have also tried to turn off the firewall, change the router channel setting etc. Im running the most recent win11 update and all my drivers are also updated.

btw air link was working before while on the same v56 update and the same win11 release so i really don't understand.

Hiya @johns139, we were just skippin' on by and noticed you're having' some issues with Air Link. We know PCVR can be finicky, and we understand how important it is to have access to the wonderful world of PCVR with Air Link. We would love to assist you on this matter all that we can!

So that we can get a better understanding of the issue, can you please review the following:

  • Have you updated your GPU?
  • What are your PC specs?
  • Do you have issues when using the Link Cable as well?
  • Do you have anything running in the background or any other application open?
  • Please disable any of the following:
    • VPN
    • Firewall
    • Antivirus
    • Network/Data/Packet Manager.
  • Are you using the dedicated or integrated graphics card?
  • Is your performance settings set to the highest/best option available?
  • Is your computer connected via Wi-Fi 5GHz or an ethernet cable?
  • Can you try to repair the PC app?

We hope to hear from you soon!
