I have had a Meta Quest 2 since 2022. In that time, I have had SO. MANY. problems with Air Link. All of them can be resolved by a simple restart of both devices, or sometimes a firmware or software update. Sometimes a PC driver. But now, nothing works. I have tried everything. I've enabled it in my firewall, I've deleted everything in my PC that has the word "Oculus" on it, I've power cycled everything, I've un and reinstalled apps, I've factory reset my headset, I've shut down Oculus drivers and reactivated them, and yet, still NOTHING. I am getting extremely fed up and am honestly wondering why I wasted money on this product when over half the time I have owned it, I've been fighting just to get it to do its job. This is so **bleep** frustrating and if anyone has any solutions before I throw this headset into a wall I would really appreciate it. At this point I am never buying a meta product again. They are made to never work and always fail in some way. $400 brand new is an absurd price for a product that fails constantly.

Hi @Fuzeboxx 🙂
try the steps in the following link
If you still can't make it work with that, try steam link....it's free and works fine

Hi, no there is no error message. My PC doesn’t acknowledge that my VR is even on, and the VR says my computer is offline when I try to select it. But, when I close the meta app on my PC, the option to select my PC on airlink goes offline. Hope this helps

Also, I can’t use Oculus apps with Steam VR. That is the problem. I cannot connect to Steam VR without first establishing an airlink connection.

By using "Steam Link" you don't have to connect the Quest with Air Link first... it's an alternative to Air Link.
And you can open Oculus apps from your Steam VR... you have to add the games as a "non-steam" game to your steam library.
You don't have to try if you don't like.....but maybe it's worth🙂
