i got the quest pc app so then I was going to connect my vr to my laptop pc and AIR LINK AND CABLE WASNT WORKING. it wasn't showing my pc. please help me.

Impossible to say for sure mate, esp. since you don't list your Laptop specs.  Laptops can always be a bit hit and miss imho.  Anyway, please do a little troubleshooting, for example;

As user @TomCgcmfc mentioned, laptops can work, but they can also have difficulties depending on the specs of your laptop. Could you please share those specs with us?
