Hello support team,
within the last 3 weeks or so, my quest2 will no longer see my Windows 10 PC. I have 'repaired' the PC Quest software, thereby forcing a software update, rebooted q2 and pc multiple times, nothing. On Quest, says software is up to date. I can link via USB. Can you give my things to try? This has not been a problem until now.
thanks

Try going into your meta link pc app beta tab and select the beta option. This will restart the app and probably will give you a banner option to update drivers. Don’t need to be enrolled in your Quest headset beta btw. I recently got a non ptc v74 on my Q3 and found I needed to do this. Worth trying and easy to roll back if necessary.

Tried that to no avail. Prior I did a sftwr repair which loaded latest version.. Are you aware of how to force load older release windows drivers?
thx

You may be best to contact meta support and include your log files (google how to do this). Sorry I can’t be of more help.
