Air link lag 1fps on main menu

Hi, thanks for your assistance
I have a problem with the air link mode of meta quest 2.....basically as soon as I started air link and the main menu opens, where there is the white setting and the toolbar below...here in this place everything starts to lag , as if it were 1fps, and makes everything unusable
instead, as soon as I connect the head to the PC and start the cable link everything works perfectly
I updated the PC drivers, Meta Quest Link application and Quest 2, everything is up to date
however, as regards wifi, I am connected to a 5ghz network, the speed is 300 mb/s and in the test it gives me all the green ticks regarding the requirements....
I used air link in the past and it was fine now for us

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue with lag on your Air Link.

Can we ask are you in the same room as your router? As it is recommended to be in 20 feet of the router for the optimal performance.

In terms of other possible causes, check background processes on your computer incase there are applications taking up internet bandwidth from the air link.
