Are both devices connected to the same network?
Has it worked before?
Is the router in the same room as the PC and headset?
Are you using a mesh network or do you have wireless extenders?
Are you using a VPN?

Sometimes you have to restart the oculus service on PC and then it will connect. An easy way to do this is with oculus tray tools and then you can right click on the system tray.
