Trying to launch airlink on new operating system install, Windows 10. I get airlink infinite loading screen - Oculus PC app notification "oculus isn't working correctly". I can pair quest and computer, connect, launch, but then infinite loading screen.
Anyone else having this problem?

im having the exact same problem. I formatted my computer's ssd and reinstalled windows 10 and when that didnt work I factory reset my quest 2. still infinite loading screen and "oculus isn't working correctly". Happens with both airlink and wire link

I did the same. Formatted and reinstalled windows, factory reset, whitelisted the app in firewall and antivirus, tried turning off firewall and antivirus, turned off integrated GPU, changed network settings, etc all with same result.
It was working until changed out my main ssd and reinstalled windows with fresh oculus app. So exact same hardware... I think that the old cache files worked with my configuration, but whatever new cache files come with the fresh app don't work with one of my drivers? As we see more people trying fresh oculus app installs over the holidays we may see this problem crop up more.

Hey H.L I was able to get mines to work on the quest two with the cable link which was expensive by the way, however, I did it by connected my cable directly to the my laptop, but on the quest three it didn’t work with the Airlink. For the quest two I connected with the oculus app on my laptop. Hopefully they will get an update

Hey everyone! Just coming on here since I noticed you all are having issues with Air Link, and I was hoping to learn more about this issue. I already let our internal team know of this and could use a bit more information to provide them. Would you all mind letting me know what network connection you are using for the Air Link?

Thanks for checking in @ShiroTenko. Computer is ethernet to router. Wireless connection to Quest 3 is Asus wifi 6e.
