Airlink disconnects during gameplay

Airlink disconnects during gameplay. Pc/driver/headset/everything is up to date. Brand new  5G router. I will be playing just fine with airlink then all of a sudden it just drops connection. Once it does this it's completely unplayable. I can't even get in an hour session. This only started after meta requires people to create an account, I've had this issue since that update. I didn't have an issue before. bandwidth is set to fixed. Nothing I do seems to fix this. Everything works fine, no lag nothing then randomly out of nowhere POOF! airlink is disconnected. Then when it returns to the home screen my pc is right there, never disconnected or anything. Launches right back up but at this point the headset starts lagging so bad it's unplayable with artifacts everywhere. I don't even have a 50 hours on this headset. It has been a HUGE disappointment. I haven't played it much in the past and was wanting to get back into flight sims. It does this on EVERY game.

This procedure has completely broken my headset now. Airlink is now not working and I can't see my pc. Thanks for that. I had zero issue connecting until you all told me to do this. Now it doesn't even see my pc. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW META? Now I have a $300 peice of junk that I can't use.  NO that didn't work and now it's even worse, I can't even use it. thanks.

No it did not work and now My pc and airlink won't even communicate. Where can I return this for a buyback refund? I'm tired of dealing with this and would like to go with another brand.

@Wraithss We can understand your frustration and want you to know we are committed to working this through with you. When you re-pair the Quest to the PC, make sure you follow these steps. Would you mind sharing with us the steps you went through after re-enabling Air Link?

Yes, I went through those steps. I finally got airlink to pair back up but again, now today it doesn't see my pc on the network AGAIN. The only way i can use your product now is through the much more stable steam link. airlink is no longer functioning even after following all of your steps. Your steps actually broke it even more. What do I do now?

It managed to pair back up yesterday after letting it sit all night. Now every time it asks me to re-pair it when I try to use airlink and have to do the code every time. It's still disconnecting about 10 minutes into my game session. every single time. It completely locks my computer up when i go to reconnect. No error, my pc is still up and running, the game is still running. but when i go back in everything locks up. have to completely reboot. Will you please take this headset back?

yes i've replied. the issue is still on going since you have made me sign into meta. i was an hour in with 40% battery with ZERO issues and airlink drops. Brand new router. Then whoever messages me from you support tell me to "use another usb port"... your kidding me right now? DID YOU ACTUALLY READ WHAT THE ISSUE WAS OR ARE YOU JUST COPY AND PASTING? NOTHING HAS WORKED! Your support is beyond sub par.
