I have a new PC (Windows 11 family), I have no problem to connect to my Quest 2 using the link cable.
But I need to connect my Quest 2 to my PC via Airlink (as I meet some problems with the physical cable with Flight Simulator, and many people say this problem does not occur via Airlink).
My PC has WIFI enabled (Ethernet cable disconnected) and connected to my router via the 5GHZ band.
I started the Quest software on the PC.
Then, when I enable Airlink on my Oculus, it does not find my PC.
I tried many many things : disabling Antivirus / Firewall, update all drivers / softwares on both the PC and the Quest 2. But I never could connect to my PC via Airlink.

Let's try a full reinstallation of the desktop app, this method gets all the cached files as well so it's a 100% fresh installation. Follow the steps below and let us know how it turns out!
Disconnect the Rift/Link cable from the computer.
Disconnect your computer from the internet.
Backup any necessary content.
Reboot into Safe Mode.
Uninstall Oculus PC app using the Control Panel.
Delete all Oculus folders from the following folder:
C:\Program Files
Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
Restart your computer in normal mode.
Reconnect your computer to the internet.
Install Oculus PC app again using the setup tool from our website here.
Reconnect the Rift/Link cable and re-test the headset.

It didn't work for me, i need help! My oculus is finding the PC but not pairing! Just stuck on a darkened blue after i click the Pair button forever!
