Airlink not working after latest update

So I was trying to hook my Quest 2 up to airlink the other day and it just wouldn't work so I thought it was probably the new update. Fast forward a few days and the problem is still there. I tried to disconnect my pc and vr and that worked once but everything was laggy so I restarted and then I was back to square one. What can I do?

I had a similar issue today with Quest Pro.   Air link would connect, but be too laggy to actually work.

Rebooted everything several times, and still wouldn't work.

The solution for me was to connect via USB-C cable first and then switch back to air link.

Think I've seen this in the past too, but was never sure why it fixed itself.
Pretty certain that this time is was by going over USB first...

Outside of the update, has there been anything else that has changed? Like network, or PC, or play space? Also, since the update, have you checked to make sure your drivers were up-to-date? Atm i just got a lot of updates on the quest so i don't know if i have to download them all or something

Haven't had much luck. The updates just keep going
