Airlink on quest 3 Screen shaking very badly and its impossible to play any of the VR games.

Recently I managed to get back into PCVR with my quest 3 But there is a problem With airlink where the screen is shaking very badly and its very difficult to play any of the VR games but when I play my VR Games over cable to the quest 3 The shaking is Gone any thoughts meta what could this be or anyone can tell me.

Please try doing these three things: a hard reboot, restarting your PC, and restarting your router.
Steps to Hard Reboot Your VR Headset:

• Turn off your headset.
• Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
• Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device and press the power button.
• Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
