So I know this has been back and forth with HAGS, the GPU scheduling thing. Some games need it on, some like it off. I turned it off at the advice of a steam user and I'm so happy now with how it runs. It dropped my frametime WAY down. I'm used to seeing 12.4 when I open the game in the main menu. Turned off HAGS and went in and immediately noticed it's down to 6.7 ms. Wow. Just do it.
