I just got v69 on my Quest 3 and promptly started having an issue where all of the UI elements would disappear visually until I moved my right controller. The elements are still there, as moving my left controller still produces haptics when the invisible laser rolls over a back button or search field. I usually use Passthrough Home, but it happens in immersive home environments as well; when it happens there, *EVERYTHING* goes black until I move my right controller. The immersive environment itself disappears, lol.
This is not a 100% repro, but it happens most often when I roll over a UI element that has hover effects on it: highlighting, haptics, etc. When I roll over quickly, upon exiting the hitbox, the UI elements disappear. When I move my right controller again, they come back. I suspect it needs to be the right controller because that's the controller that rolled over the element and caused the issue, not because it's arbitrarily the right controller all the time.
In addition to being when I roll over an interactive element, it also seems most common when the area the pointer goes into was just recently loaded. For example, I have two browser windows open and the library window in the middle. I switch to another browser window in the middle, and move my controller from the rightmost window to the center one, moving over interactable elements on the way. It's hard to tell if it happens when I hit an element in the new window or when it's exiting the old window, as it happens very quickly.

I have been experiencing the same thing so this isnt an isolated issue. I'd like to add that its not just moving the controller that brings the UI elements back but moving your hand with hand tracking enabled works as well.

I met the same issue several times, and I don't know how to deal with that, I just restarted that, it could be solved, but it will still happen randomly.

I preordered and received the Meta Quest 3s 128gb and have been suffering this exact issue!!! I almost exclusively use hand tracking and this is a constant occurrence!! It seems the only fix is temporary, by restarting the device… I really don’t want to have to factory reset especially if that doesn’t fix the problem.
Im a little disgruntled by the fact the above messages seem to indicate that the fix was shared only via a private message to the initial user having the issue. Please tell me that resulted in a KB article that you guys can follow and get my device working properly again.
Recreating it is not hard but it’s not perfect either, mostly I find it begins when you have at least 3 windows open in pass through. But it then doesn’t stop until restarting the device.
Going to try playing some games and see if this happens in immersive modes.. in which case I’ll try to factory reset if no one answers me and then promptly return/refund this device if that doesn’t fix it and you guys still haven’t posted a fix.

I don't know how to solve that, my solution is the same as yours, only need to restart the device, so I have been return my quest 3 to amazon, I think the problem might be blamed on the device.
And the serious problem is that this problem just few people report that...
