My apps are all gone. I had purchase a few games but the only things I’m seeing is files and settings. Anyone got a solution to this?

So, your guess with the internet could acually be something. Because it happened to me a second time and I figured out, that I could just ignore the connection to my wifi and the reconnect and I got logged back in and all my apps were back.

thanks. Its really is a shame for meta to have such an annoying bug going on for so long and not have any satisfactory answers. I managed to solve it by removing the app on my Android and logging in again. My question is: is it really necessary to force the user to use another device to play with the Oculus?

*update* it happened again and I think I have a more consistant solution. I noticed everything was gone because I was logged out of my profile so I tryed some stuff. I ignored my widi connection on the Quest2 (via Oculus app) and then reconnected. I got logged back in and everything was back.

Hi I am having this problem today as well. I see this an old issue so is there a fix to it? Same thing with all my games having been deleted off the headset and then the store isn't working giving me a weird error code with only letters. Can't do anything now.

Hi there! We would love to help to you with this issue! We suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Oculus application.
If the issue persists, we suggest factory resetting your device after activating the Cloud Backup.

There is no official solution up until now. It is quite diffrent from user to user. Sometimes you can just start games with the Oculus app on your phone without problems. If that doesn't work, I guess it can't connect with your account because of the internet connection. So it says you are connected to your internet, but it's not actually capable to comunicate to the router. So then you just ignore the internet connection an reconnect. That way it worked for me last time. But it's always diffrent. It happened to me 3 times now

I had the same problem. All my games had disappeared, I couldn't logout or change anything with my profile, and the store refused to work. The solution that finally worked for me was "factory resetting" the oculus. I did that by holding down the volume and power button at the same time for like 10 seconds, then it restarted. I had been expecting everything to be gone and have to download everything again, but I was able to find everything downloaded that was there before. I haven't had any more issues, but I hope that helps!

I tried everything suggested. I've lost all my settings, sideloads, Oculus games, apps, and apps information. I can't connect to the store. This is essentially a bricked device. It worked fine until the recent update.

I agree. The update made my device unusable.
