All data was erased after updating to v69

A notification appeared stating that I could update to v69, so I proceeded with the update. However, after restarting, it remained on v68 and all my data was erased. The VR tutorial appeared after restarting (showing how to remove the controller's insulation tab, etc.). After restarting, it was still v68, and all my Quest 3 data, including Move records, badges, screenshots, and app settings, was gone.
 
As of 9/11, I still haven't received the v69 update, and my data has simply been reset, which is really disappointing. I want to recover my data somehow.

I already sent all three—Username, Full Name, and Email—to your private message yesterday, but I haven’t received any reply from you. Do I need to post my personal information in this thread instead? Despite the issue, I’ve responded quickly on my end, but how am I supposed to seek support from a team that doesn’t respond?

Im on the Quest 2 and have been checking daily and still no update. the update tool itself only gives me v68. I contacted support and they said I cant acess the new update until October and i contacted them twice, both the same answer, yet many of those who were never on the PTC say they received it. I just don't understand why they would publicly announce its out for everyone when according to their support team..it isnt.

It seems that getting version 69 was a bug for me. I was on version 68 and encountered a bug where the controller would turn off and not be recognized. Official support was completely useless, but a kind person on a general forum suggested that switching to the PTC (Public Test Channel) would fix the issue.

When I updated to version 69 of the PTC, the problem was completely resolved. However, I was personally hesitant about using the PTC, so I stopped halfway through and reverted to the regular version 68.

After a while, version 69 came again, but this time, it came due to a bug. When I updated, everything was reset to default, which is how things unfolded.

Currently, since everything has already been reset and I have nothing more to lose, I have switched back to version 69 of the PTC and am comfortably using it.

At the moment, there are no critical bugs that prevent operation, aside from not being able to use features like "[Hey Meta]," "[Spatial Audio for Windows]," "[Remove Apps from Library]," "[Content Adaptive Backlight Control]," and "[Horizon Home: Ocean Aquarium]." So, if you're not too opposed to using the PTC, trying out version 69 on the PTC could be an option for you. Most functions are unavailable, though. Also, please be aware of the risk of resetting everything, so proceed at your own risk.
