I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an ongoing issue with my Oculus devices and associated apps. I’m also wondering if it’s happened to any other customers out there, maybe haven’t gotten something similar as you read on.

As a long-time and loyal customer who has supported Oculus since its early days, I have invested in both the Oculus Pro and Quest 3, and have purchased over 70 apps over the years.
Approximately four months ago, I encountered a significant problem: when I put on my headset, none of my apps were visible. Upon further investigation, I realized that this issue extended to my second headset as well, with all apps missing from both devices. I also discovered that my Facebook account, which I had reluctantly linked as required, was no longer connected. It became apparent that these issues were interconnected.
Unable to resolve this myself, I reached out to Meta support for assistance. Despite assurances that my case would be addressed, I have received minimal attention and no resolution over the past four months. This lack of support has left me feeling ignored and frustrated, despite my history as a dedicated and trouble-free customer.
I am seeking your immediate assistance to restore my missing apps and resolve the issues with my account. I believe that I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, and it is disheartening to feel neglected. If a resolution is not possible, I would like to discuss options for a refund or alternative solutions.
I would appreciate any help or advice from anyone who has experienced similar issues. This situation has cost me significant time and money, and I believe it is only fair to seek a satisfactory resolution.

Dear Support Team,
I have been unable to resolve this issue on my own and need your assistance. While I appreciate the efforts of your support team, each new agent asks for the same information I’ve already submitted, despite my case reference number being attached. This repetition suggests my account has no history, leading to repeated frustrations.
I am eager to move forward and get my applications back. I’ve resubmitted the requested information multiple times and have consistently provided the reference number. Yet, subsequent inquiries inform me that my case is closed due to no response, or I receive generic messages asking me to confirm if my issue is resolved.
When I click the provided link and send a note explaining my situation, a new agent replies, requesting the same information again. This cycle has repeated several times. In my last email, I expressed my frustration and confusion, feeling that I was being given the runaround without a clear resolution.
To assist you in locating my account, here are two key details:
1. I originally opened a developer account and uploaded several apps under a business name I cannot recall. You should have this name and associated applications on record.
2. My Facebook account details appear to have changed after six months, but I did not make these changes. Previously, I used different email addresses, but the changes did not take effect. Additionally, there was some involvement with my Corporation, -appleyinc.com with business name Apple-y Ever After, inc which was how I set up business accout related to my business. I just don’t have written down the name of the business ID with you guys. I’m not sure how I would put that down. I tried several combinations, but I couldn’t find it.
Can you pls assign a dedicated agent to see this issue through to resolution. I would greatly appreciate consistent communication and follow-up until my problem is resolved.
