All my games and apps dissapered from oculus quest why our PAID GAMES are linked to oculus servers?

Yesterday i was about to use my quest and all my games and apps where gone, i tried everything from restarting to logging out and then in to my account. Searching reddit and other stites, i learned that OUR PAID games are linked to the oculus servers and that gets me very mad. How is it that something that we paid for is dependant on the servers of the seller, what about if at some point all the web goes down, then, are we fucked without our games we paid for? is like buyin the old disk games and haveing the company just go into our houses and take those away just because THEY are having issues with their system.

Is not fair, and i will be looking if it is LEGAL. i have bought more than 40 games between my oculus go and oculus quest. We all have to say something about this so we can be sure our purchases are safely ours, not theirs.

Anyway, have someone foud a FIX for this yet?

This isn’t a new concept that Oculus invented, it’s common with all software; you don’t own it, you paid for a license to use it. It’s the same thing with Steam, Microsoft, all game publishers, and all productivity software. Even games on disks—you may own the physical media that you bought, but you don’t own the software on it.

What has changed over the past couple decades is that, with the advent of the internet, publishers have more control over verifying your entitlement to use software. These days it’s much more common for software to occasionally “phone home” to a server that confirms that a valid license exists.

What’s happening right now seems to be some sort of glitch with Facebook’s entitlement server, or the mechanism by which the Oculus account software checks in with it. (This is speculation on my part, I don’t have any official information about the current situation.) Normally, Rift and Quest apps should continue to work offline—they don’t require a constant server connection to function. This business of people’s libraries disappearing and reappearing is a new issue that I haven’t seen before in my 6 years of using a Oculus software. I don’t know how widespread it is—we’ve seen a handful of people reporting the issue here and on Reddit. I would advise anyone suffering from it to not panic. Open a support ticket and let Oculus sort it out. You haven’t lost your purchases, it will get resolved.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

I had ever do  a support ticket but Oculus don't answer.
I know about Steam, but I never had any trouble with it , I can even play offline if connection worries and I always got paid the same day. Anyway, we don't speak about Steam.
There, two days on Oculus and I no longer have access to any games, even the fail refund and the worst is that Oculus does not give any info and does not even answer the tickets. I know, I don't lost my purchase but I can't played them, and I don't know in how many time the situation gonna stayed like that, but for the moment I can't get my refund and the situation don't change they gonna said "sorry two weeks for refund" . Me, I just want refund and stop with them cause I found Oculus support is bad .

The support always answers in chat. I'm in Italy and it is two days I'm chatting with the support. They opened a ticket but we don't have any answer because they are currently searching for a solution. You will have your answer only when the issue will be solved, I suppose.

the best solution is to find and download hacked versions of your own purchased games ...

Of course I do, first and last time I buy a game on their store. Next time I DL seen the situation but well already that he reimburses me.
Hack=Game on my PC, no servers or others cheats
Store= spend 120 dollars for can't play at my games, no answers from Oculus support etc...
I had no problem for paid when the compagny is serious and the job is do cause it's normal, in that case Oculus just show me they take client for cheat. So, just want my refund and said good bye Oculus
