All the devices have become unresponsive.

I have five Meta Quest 2 devices, and after updating them, none can connect to the WiFi. (It displays 'IP configuration failed.') Also, when I press the app library, only the loading icon appears, and no apps show up, so I can't access any apps on the devices.
