Among us vr needs repurchase after pre-order

So when I saw among us vr for preorder I preorderd it a while ago and now it says I have to buy it even thought I bought.

Hey you. We are glad to hear back from you! Yes indeed, refunds are typically processed immediately by Meta. The funds are sent, by Meta, to your financial institution before it arrives in your bank/PayPal account. The time it takes to return the funds to you will vary; it depends on the payment method and financial institution, but is usually 3-5 business days. If its been more then 5 days, we suggest you check in with your financial institution regarding your refund. I hope that answered your question! Same thing happened to me with the preorder is ghosts of tabor and I didn’t get my money back. I’m really annoyed about this did you ever get the game or money back?

I pre ordered stranger things vr in December, just went to download it and it’s saying I have to purchase the game again. Please help.

I bought this with a gift card, I share the apps through the meta quest 2 and when I look at my kids profiles it shows "pending purchase" even though it has been purchased and allowed for the kids accounts?
