Among us vr needs repurchase after pre-order

So when I saw among us vr for preorder I preorderd it a while ago and now it says I have to buy it even thought I bought.

We've looked into your account and it seems the card on file was declined. 

We suggest you reach out to your provider for any information on this. You also have the option of changing the payment method on the account.

Ah I was afraid of this, I guess Becuase I spent more then 10$ on the card ok then thank you for the help I appreciate it also I have drift again where it like will let me move then will stop do you have any more solutions for that?

You're very welcome! There is currently no new type of troubleshooting for stick drift. We're sorry to hear this is happening again. No reason to worry though, we can look into that for you.

  • Has it been dropped or bumped? 
  • Have you tried cleaning it? Remember not to use rubbing alcohol. 
  • Does this happen in one app or all apps?
  • Are you using a cable link?

I also preordered the game and got the receipt for purchase but the game will not download nor install. 
Just a spinner in the store and I cannot order again or download or start it. Plenty of space left on the Device +70 GB

Did you manage to fix this, I have the exact same problem?

support is confirming that there is a percentage of users with this issue.

Hi the issue is still the same.
I have sent multiple PM's and even got the reply in a PM to send a new PM.
Also got suggestion on uninstall the game. Kind of hard to do since the issue is that it will not install. It is just a spinner on the install screen where the install/start button should be.
However it clearly states that it is purchased and the same indication on my credit card.

They told me that I didn’t have any money on my card and it canceled the order 🤦🏼
