Why did you ignore the many many other people who are having the same issues on this post?
Anyway I'm chiming in with the same issue of no device registered despite using it with this account for years, any way to fix this?

Yep same issue, no device attached to this account, & no way of correcting it. Never even got to use VR yet, & this is a 2nd set from the same useless company. Firstly, I bought a Rift S with excitement although 2nd hand it turned out to be useless due to the well known cable issue, yet you cannot get a replacement, months of trying as well. So I thought Ok I'll put it down to experience & get this new Quest 2 device, read reviews watched Youtube & everything sounded very easy, just get the headset & away you go, sort of trouble free job. Ooh hell no! I can't connect the headset &from blank screens to pairing the controllers & now the latest saying there is no device connected to this account, angry beyond sanity & issue after issue & yet here I am still waiting to experience this VR world & no common sense at all from META forums in resolving issues, & there are millions with the same common problems & all they want to do is ask you to submit a ticket for them to look at, think I will give up META products, all they seem interesting in is gathering information about you & money grabbing no to mention with silly accounts you need to set up, it's enough to drive you to insanity, yet it is nothing more than a nice box to help sell a large paper weight. PICO 4 is looking good at this stage, which brings the question of who do you want to spy on you? China OR the CIA, or further from that which one is easier & less hassle to use, my money on China Pico 4, thanks META, Zucker should be renamed Sucker, because you are if you buy his products.

I am unable to send a private message. Having the same problem. Registered on mobile device, but not on web. Tell me how to fix this please. I've been trying to link sidequest for 3 days now, but can't turn on developer mode.
