I've had my Anker charging doc for a few months now. Up until recently it has worked great. Now when all three items are in the charger it only shows that is charging the headset. When I remove the headset, it shows that it is charging the handset. I've unplugged it from power for 5 minutes, I've swapped the batteries between controllers, I've moved the handsets around repeatedly in case they charging bits weren't lined out, and now I'm at a loss short of the smacking smack.
Any help appreciated.

The power cord in the back had become partially dislodged, once I pushed it back in all the way everything started working as expected. Seems odd that some things would power and others wouldn't based on cord position but it's been fine for months now, not even sure how it came loose in the first place given it's on a shelf by itself out of the way.

Oh no! We have gathered that your Anker Dock isn't charging both the headset & controllers at the same time. While we don't have many troubleshooting steps to recommend regarding the Anker Dock, we can certainly point you in the right direction.
As you have stated that this only happens with the Anker Charging Dock we would advise to contact their Customer Support, as it is a feature of their product and the way it interacts with our devices.
Please be sure to reach back out and let us know if you need any further assistance, as we are here to help.

Were you able to find a fix for this? I have just now opened and plugged in my Anker, and I am having the same issue.

Hey there, we would like to step in for you. We would like to ask a few questions so we can help tackle this issue. Has the Anker Dock been dropped recently? Have you been able to try using a different outlet to charge your devices? Do you happen to see any damage around the cord?
