Annual $25 credit missing from free trial - Meta Community Forums

I was on my phone until I got an e-Mail from Meta Quest Promotions that said “upgrade to a free trial and get a $25 Meta store credit. I had upgraded, (I do have evidence) and after the subscription was over, I checked if I got the credit. Now, for some reason, it hadn’t given me the credit. I need answers. How else am I gonna play Onward?
