Hello! Unfortunately I lost access to my Instagram due to deleting an old gmail account from my Android Phone.
This action made me delete my authentication codes. Another unfortunately, i didn't saved QR/backup codes once i log out today.
I have the correct username and password of my IG accurate, Also my gmail and phone number accurate.
I only use Instagram, and haven't linked to Facebook.
Please help me get my account back, I am willing to provide other details privately if you ask me.

Edit: Nevermind, I chose the shortest path, created a new IG account, and also learned a good lesson regarding 2FA. However, please give people other alternatives when they lose 2FA data, such as using SMS, email, or questionnaires to help with recovery.
