While using oculus quest link my games were running very badly and I noticed quite quickly that anti-aliasing was most likely the problem. So I go to setting and try to turn it off but when I click it the toggle stays the same. I search for hours but still can’t find a fix.

That AA setting only effects your meta link home screens and desktop browser, not actually any pcvr games. So, no real advantage performance wise imho. It may have had more of an effect with the discontinued Rift Home environment. After that was discontinued meta probably decided to just leave those AA options enabled.

You can edit the dash.props file in Windows by opening Documents > Dash > Preferences > Right click dash.props > Edit in notepad > Change true to false as follows > graphics.autoGraphicsSettingsEnabled: false
graphics.msaaEnabled: false > File > Save (Ctrl S)
Go into air link Oculus etc and voila, AA will be off, then just use the slider to turn off layers.
Any questions, please ask.
