Is there any customer support for Asgard's Wrath? I can watch loading screens like a champion, once the game starts it blacks out and crashes.
I have done everything I can think of and just cant get the game to work. I enjoyed the little bit I got to play but at this point Asgard's Wrath from my point of view is just a loading screen that leads to frustration.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have Q3 and 3060Ti. It's unplayable. Reboot everything, works for 2s, and while inventory mode.

Hello, I am experiencing the same issues. Game will load fine, but as soon as you start to enter either a saved game, or start a new game, on the PC you will have a fatal crash message screen appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my PC, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Oculus Meta App on my PC. I am running the app as administrator. I have tried starting it from my PC, starting it from the headset. I have the latest GPU drivers, Windows is patched and up to date, no firewalls or VPN issues. I made another admin account and the error remains present. This was purchased for my myself and my son and now that he has remembered it is there and wants to resume his gaming experience, it is just constant failure. With less than 10hours of gameplay, and no remedy in sight (looking at all of the other online feedback), is it possible to seek a refund. Or have you any other recommendations to get the game going? Your asssitance is appreciated.

Hey @Mad_Goldfish! Thank you so much for reaching out we will be happy to help you so that you can get back to experiencing the greatness of Asgard's Wrath on PCVR. We understand that when trying to play the game whether its a saved game or new one, the game gives you a fatal crash error. We appreciate you going through all of those troubleshooting steps so that we don't have you repeat anything. We do have a question to determine how to best help with this situation. Are you having this same issue while playing other games or is it just Asgard's Wrath?
Once we have the answer to that question we will be able to provide the next steps. Hope to hear from you soon!

Wow. TY for the very quick response. From a first time post on a forum, that is very impressive. I'm looking at all avenues and resources to get this going again. It is only with Asgards Wrath that I am having this problem. I have again just uninstalled/reinstalled the Oculus App and ininstalled/reinstalled the game (with my son asking me every 20 mins if 84Gb had magically finished in record time). No. The Ue-4 wrathgame has crashed and will.... fatal error! Headset shows 132.97GB allocated to the game. Son just finished breakfast and wants to know if it finished downloading (ergo does it work again?). Before I deleted it, we had 5hrs gameplay on it. I don't recall any game patches (it has been awhile). Is this likely to be a Meta/oculus issue? Your assistance is appreciated

With you only experiencing that issue within the game Asgards Wrath. We can recommend you visit the Developers website https://sanzaru.com/. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page you will find their email. You can also contact them via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Discord. Hope this information helps. Have a great day

Unfortunately, reading all of the other replies on numerous forums, Sanzaru does not appear to be answering any more questions regarding AW1 on Oculus anymore. The same forums indicate that there are lots of different ways of trying to rectify the solution - none of which have worked for me to date. That is why I reached out to you guys. I am over trying to get this game to work (again). Barring graphics card and O/S updates for my PC (which I cannot see having any undue impact on my headset), I have changed nothing. I last looked at the game (before uninstalling it again), I had less than 5 hours of playtime. I know that the refund time is usually less than a month. In this instance, can you pls waiver the time restraint and issue a store credit or something. I would like to purchase another game that actually works for my son. Your assistance is appreciated.
