Is there any customer support for Asgard's Wrath? I can watch loading screens like a champion, once the game starts it blacks out and crashes. I have done everything I can think of and just cant get the game to work. I enjoyed the little bit I got to play but at this point Asgard's Wrath from my point of view is just a loading screen that leads to frustration. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey @Mad_Goldfish! We can understand the importance of ensuring your games are running without crashing! We noticed there was issues with the game loading and crashing shortly after booting Asgard's Wrath. When it comes to using any kind of Link cable with a Quest device, or a Rift device, the GPU and OS of the system would need to be maintained in updates. This is because the PC is the source for the game being played and not through the headset hardware as a standalone device. With any PCVR game, it is important to ensure the system meets the minimum requirements as well, which can be found here. We also wanted to show how a refund can be requested for purchases made on the Meta Shop, which is described here. If you still continue to experience issues even after updating your GPU and OS, we would definitely recommend reaching out to the Developers directly using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of their Developer Page.
