Anyone getting this error...Your Oculus software may be updating. Please wait a minute and try again

This error happened a while back for all users and Oculus fixed it and sent out $15 apology.  I don't care for more $ I just want the thing to work.  Anyone else having this issue?  Any fixes?

Have you tried downloading the Oculus setup installer again and choosing Repair? Otherwise, please submit a ticket. Thanks. https://support.oculus.com/

since the original issue at the start of this year, this is now the 4th time ive had the same error display when trying to start oculus.
I know that by downloading the installer & repairing it works but when is this going to be resolved?!? Seriously considering selling my PC & oculus setup as this is the 3rd in a row that ive jumped on my PC and had this!

Also, why do I get a message saying my PC doesnt meet the minimum requirements when clearly it does!?
