I'm using Windows 10 with my regional settings set to English (United Kingdom). I played a little bit of The Unspoken when it first came out and it worked fine, I thought I'd try it out again now that t has a single player story mode, but all the text shows Missing_Loc instead of the actual text. I've tried completely uninstalling and re-installing without any luck. I really don't want to have to switch to US Windows settings just for one game.
