I have two supervised child accounts on my meta quest 3s under my own, main account. I have enabled app sharing on the device. I have downloaded various apps from the store and the quest plus subscription library. When one of my children tries to open an app, they are prompted to ask a parent's permission (which I have set up for all apps) but when I grant permission in the mobile app, I get a pop up message saying the child now has permission for that app, but the status of the app on their profile remains 'not allowed' and they remain unable to open the app - it just prompts them to send a parental permission request again. This has happened (so far) for Gravity Sketch, Open Brush 3D, Synth Riders, Brink Traveller, and others. The children have been able to access some apps though (eg. Moss). Please can you help me to get the app sharing function working properly on my Meta Quest 3s so that my children can use the apps and games I have downloaded and approved for them to use.

Solved this problem (but I don't seem to be able to delete my post). For anyone else encountering this problem - the issue seems to have been in the mobile Meta app, which wasn't processing the parental permission requests despite me accepting them. I tried accepting the requests on my PC via a browser instead, and this time they worked.

Yes! I discovered the same bug. If I try to honor my child's request to use an app from my phone, it treats it as a purchase request rather than just access to the app I already bought. I now have several "pending purchases" on my kid's account for apps we already own because the only way to approve from the phone is to start the approval and then cancel before paying.
