Instead of another bot reply the support should start to bother reading requests for help by those who make the company so filthy rich.....

Hi there Nathster190 - let me try to explain the issue you face that the support does not want to post in public:

You can have multiple headsets on the same account.
And they will all have the purchased apps and games on them - if supported, like probably never getting new titles to work the old GO.
BUT: If you add additional accounts to a headset you can only share YOUR apps with a SINGLE additional user account and only for a SINGLE headset.

Practical example to make it easier>
If YOU provided a NEW headset to a family member WITH the goal to share YOUR purchases you HAVE to do it like this:
Do a factory reset on the new headset, then set it up for YOUR account.
This brings all the apps and games on it.
Then add a new user to this headset - your family member.
The headset will then ask you to hand it over so the family member can see the code required to pair the added user to THEIR account.
So you need the headset and two different mobile devices with the Oculus app logged into the corresponding accounts.
Once that is done your family member can log into the headset with their account details while being able to access the apps and games you want to share.
They can purchase their own apps but that won't be shared with your account.
