Set up main account and secondary account. Shared apps from main account. MetaQ 2 on secondary account, MetaQ3 on main account. Both worked fine. Then controllers stopped pairing on MQ2. Did hard reset. Reset MQ2, logged to main account to allow app sharing and it said it is set to share on another device, checked MQ3 and it was not set to share, tried toggling to share and same error that another device is sharing. On Meta APP, showing 3 devices since I had to reset MQ2. I only have 2 devices. Tried going to meta support page where I clocked on devices but this page crashes. Now have MQ2 not being able to share any of the paid apps on MQ3.
Is there another way to remove device from meta app? Is this the problem?

Hello @AAliP! We would gladly assist you with the app sharing feature. We are sure you must be eager to get those apps on both accounts. Thank you so much for already taking it upon yourself to try some troubleshooting. We would also like you to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app and make sure your headset software is up-to-date. Hopefully, that will help fix the problem. If you still need help after trying that, please feel free to reach out to us and let us know.
