Long story short, faulty unit with a lot of frustration and over a month to return and we still haven't seen a new replacement!!!!
So the kids got a new quest 3s for Xmas and whilst setting up we noticed a dead pixel in the middle of the screen, Not nice for a brand new product. After a lot of emails including one that suggested we had caused the dead pixel with sun damage it was finally agreed on that we return the unit and will receive a replacement refurbished unit. Of course this was unacceptable as we had barely any hours on the unit and who knows what we end up with. More days pass arguing this (lucky to receive 1 email a day) and eventually the shipping instructions are sent, - only send head unit "do not send anything else as it will not be returned" which I followed buy sending only the quest, however they then requested all items be returned! another few days for them to send shipping info, Items were returned and yet they are taking their time (6days so far) to send a replacement unit. The wait continues.....................
Their customer service is beyond a joke, the case gets reviewed by several different people and so you are always talking to someone different and quiet often repeating the information provided.
Deeply regret buying directly from Meta and I would not recommend their services!!!!
