Dear Facebook Support Team
I am Bùi Trọng Khởi, the owner of a Facebook account named Khoi Trong with the email address ***@gmail.com. Recently, I received a notification that my account was disabled for the reason of “Child sexual exploitation”. However, I confirm that this is a serious misunderstanding.
I only posted a funny meme image in the comment section, which has absolutely no offensive content or violates community standards. It is possible that Facebook's AI system mistakenly identified this content and automatically flagged it.
I have requested facial verification as instructed but my account is still disabled. I respectfully request that Facebook review my case manually instead of relying solely on the automated system. If necessary, I am willing to provide more information to clarify this issue.
I look forward to hearing from the support team and the community and hope my account can be restored as soon as possible because it is very important because it contains a lot of memories, friends, work... Thank you very much!

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.
