Dear Facebook Support Team,
I am writing to appeal the disabling of my personal Facebook account (Zobayer Isnan Tushar, Email: ****@gmail.com) and the suspension of my business page (Ajker Patrika). My account was recently hacked, and the hacker misused my account to post content that violates Facebook’s Community Standards, specifically regarding human exploitation and terrorism-related content.
I want to clarify that I had no involvement in those activities. The hacker gained unauthorized access to my account and repeatedly posted content without my knowledge or consent. As soon as I noticed the issue, I attempted to recover my account, but unfortunately, Facebook disabled it before I could take action.
I request you to thoroughly review my case. I am ready to provide any necessary identification documents to verify my identity. Additionally, I request that my business page Ajker Patrika be reinstated, as it was also affected due to the hacker's actions.
Actions Taken from My Side:

:white_heavy_check_mark: I have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to prevent future incidents.

We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.
We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.
