Application Move not appearing suddenly

hello

 

Suddenly since a few hours my application"MOVE"' just disappear !!!!

What can I do as it an appl I used a lot to control caloeries I'm burning

Hey Yves-DM! Oh no, the move app has great features that we wouldn't want you to go without, lets see what we can do! We will provide a couple of steps to see if we can get your Move app to appear an function properly! Please complete the steps listed out below: 

  • Log out of your mobile app
  • Reboot your headset
  • Sign back into your mobile app
  • Check for the Move app

If the above steps don't prove useful, then we recommend completing a factory reset on your headset. Before completing the factory reset, please be sure to turn on out Cloud Backup feature in order to save eligible game data from being deleted! Here is a link to an article that will go into more detail on our Cloud Backup feature: Oculus Cloud Backup! below will be the steps for completing a factory reset:

  • Hold down the power and volume down (-) buttons for 10 seconds until the USB update menu appears
  • Use the volume buttons to navigate through the menu to the factory reset option
  • Once the factory reset option is selected, press the power button to complete the action

Please let us know if these were able to help! if not, we can look into providing other steps to get you back to counting calories and continue to use the Quest 2 for your fitness goals!

iT IS WORSE NOW !!!! I followed your step and now I'm stuck I can't use the oculus anymore

It iq asking me to pair with the phone but how cna I do that as if I check on the phone he said it is paired but I 'm stuck on the screen requiring to pair

Finally i am able to connect the oculus to the phone and get my apps bacvk BUT app move is still not nthere.

For info I have a seconf oculus with two accounts and I have same issue on both account
