Applying software update

So with setting up my meta quest 3 I'm now at the applying update section. It says waiting to applying software update then turns off after a couple seconds. I have connected to my wifi In multiple different ways and it seems to be connecting fine. I have now turned off and on, used the boot, and have factory reset it to no avail, connected to a Hotspot thinking maybe it was my wifi still no. So I'm not sure what to do. Also reposting because forgot to add that it on a charger for 3 hours before doing trying to set it up

Same issue, and i've read ALL the articles, done multiple factory resets, changed networks, tried 3 different hotspots on different networks.  Nothing works or changes this result.

Thank you, but no  I mean no offense by this, but I had read responses from you, I would rather just read what people have to say, vs regurgitated nonsense that doesn't help.

@TinyTerror47 - this is a known issue, don't waste a second talking to the support regurgitation - I talked to them on the phone, and after stopping the script reading, they admitted it is a known issue and there is no ETA.  If you call them, and just stop their nonsense questions, politely of course, they will email you once it is resolved.
