Ok so I didn’t use my Meta Quest 2 for like 2 months. I got back on it and updated it. I tried opening social and it is just grey for like 2 seconds then crashes. I tried playing Vrchat after updating it. It says loading then crashes. I tried playing echo VR (I’m pretty sure the servers are down) which doesn’t work either. I try playing rec room. It shows my account but when I enter my password it says my meta account can’t connect. The only apps that I’ve gotten to work so far are Beat Saber, Gun Raiders, and Backrooms VR. I haven’t checked my other apps. My photos are just fine but take a while to load. My software version is up to date. My avatar is grey and doesn’t load. I can’t travel to other peoples’ homes. I can’t join other peoples’ games unless I’m already in that application. My Meta is frustrating right now. Please help lol. I’m planning to buy the new Meta headset coming out this year so maybe I won’t have to worry about this later. If you have any suggestions please tell me.
Yikes! This is not what we like to hear from our users and want to make sure we can get you back on track. We know the importance of getting this to work as you're missing time from being able to play awesome games. We were wondering if you have rebooted the headset? Or maybe even restarted the device?
