Can anyone from Meta please confirm? The warranty faq on Meta’s site say it is if purchased from an authorized retailer , which I would think Amazon is as far as I know.
I purchased a refurbished Quest 3 128GB from Amazon on Nov. 24, 2024 and when I try to purchase the Meta Warranty Plus from Meta’s site, I get a message saying the device is not eligible. The device was sold and shipped by Amazon, not a third party.
