Just my opinion but I wouldn't waste your money buying Quest Pro controllers. They cost almost as much as a Q3s, lol! A better option would be to spend $'s and buy a Q3 imho.
The controllers that come with both the Q3 and Q3s are the same. They work and track very well imho I have both a Q3 and a QPro and tbh I prefer the Q3 controllers because they initialize much quicker and don't bug out nearly as much. Also, they are much lighter than the pro controllers.
In any case, the Pro controllers, like @Choleni said, are not yet compatible with the Q3s anyway.
