Arizona Sunshine 2 and Remake not working in multiplayer on the secondary Quest 3 in share

We have two Quest 3 headsets, both of them are under my meta account where all the games are. The second Quest 3 headsets is obviously in share mode, to allow the games sharing. And there is a second account on this headset, my son’s account. We have been playing in multiplayer for a long time. But when trying to play Arizona Sunshine 2 and Remake in multiplayer with the second Quest 3 with the share activated. We have the following error code 10050 . As soon as we choose the multiplayer option inside the game, a few seconds later the error code shows.

Two headsets

  • Headset #1 my main account
  • Headset#2 my main account, Share mode activating, Plus a secondary account is active on this Headset, My son's headset.
  •  On the Headset#2 using my son's account, it's possible to play solo mode. But I can't access the multiplayer mode. The error, 10050 occurred immediately. It's true for Both Arizona Sunshine2  and the remake.
thanks

Solved my issue. hope it helps you guys. With the secondary headset. I went into app sharing With the second headset. I was having problems. And with the primary account.  I disabled it. Then I rebooted. I logged in With the primary account then secondary account. Confirmed I couldn't share apps. Then reboot it again. Into the primary account. App sharing back on. Rebooted Logged back in the primary count and then logged in to secondary account. And Fixed my issue. Might have to reboot several times for it to register but it was definitely something to do with app sharing.

Hey there @olyking!

Thanks for joining us here at the Meta Quest Community Forums!

Just from having a look at your issue and error code 10050, I assume what is possibly causing the error could be network related.

I'd like to recommend you double check your network and firewall settings on your router or check for any updates for your router that may need to be applied.

You could also try to connect the headsets to a different network like a mobile phone hotspot to see if it is a network issue.

Also, if the multiplayer issue only occurs for Arizona Sunshine as a whole, you can also contact their team for further support here: Arizona Sunshine | Support

Thanks! 🐢

Keep Us posted, please. Having same issue as well. Secondary account On headset can't seem to connect to multiplayer games and getting the same error code. Tried different headset. With the secondary account. No luck But primary account is able to play multiplayer games. Turned on and off app sharing, restarted. Restarted wi-fi. Factory resetted the headsets. Updated both headsets softwear and games too same version. No luck. Because it happens on different headsets and only with secondary account. I doubt swapping wifi Will make a difference but I'm gonna give that a shot here soon. Too late to return. But have warranties so may completely just exchanged the headsets for giggles. Weird it was working but it around the same time in november as your post it started.

Im experiencing the same issue since yesterday. I'm not sure if is related but it started after i set my GF account as main on my quest 2 (my main account is on Quest 3), before that i was set as propetary on Quest 2. Maybe was just coincidence, but even i do a rollback the issue continues.

Hello SugarBear2169!  Thanks for your answer! It's worked for me too! I followed your procedure and it probably somehow reset the app sharing on the headset like you said.  You're the best!

Regards
