Hey @Taif_76, that does sounds frustrating. I wouldn't think it's your Quest 2 if nothing similar happens in any other games. My best recommendation would be to make sure you have Cloud Backup enabled, then uninstall and reinstall the app to see if the issue gets resolved. If that doesn't work, you may want to reach out to the developers, Vertigo Games, to see if there is anything they want you to try.

They changed the mechanics for grenades since Arizona Sunshine 1.
In AS1 you store grenades in your ammo belt, but a bit higher up.
In AS2, grenades (and other items like food, melee weapons) are stored in your wrists. Like HalfLife Alyx, you have an inventory slot on each hand. If you have a grenade in your right hand, hold it near the back of your left hand and let go. It should be sucked into the hole and turn into a miniature version. You can only store 2 items total.
I just started playing and was getting irritated, then figured out the wrist storage and also you can store 4 more on Buddy's vest, in addition to 2 guns.
